Kintamani Vulcano

Kintamani is one of the of the most popular destinations for visitor to Bali, particularly renowned for its views of the volcano within the caldera of Batur Mountain , the most active volcano on the island. 
Gunung Batur ( Mount Batur ) towersover the island and is one of two large volcanoes often seen from the planes as visitors fly into Bali. Climbing and trekking the mountain are popular activity, with treks beginning in the very early hours of the day, around 3.00 am. 
Parts of Batur's attraction is its beautiful lake, a crater that field with water over the years following many eruptions. Lake Batur is Bali's largest crater lake, and the main source of irrigations for much of central and eastern Bali.
