Bali Safari and Marine Park is located in Ketewel, only 30 minutes from Sanur, the zoo is on 47ha land most of which is kept in it's wild and natural states.
The safari start from the Toraja Terminal where a safari car will take you into your journey into the wild. The windows can be rolled down so you can get up close and personal with the animals, but we suggest keeping them up when it comes to the carnivores! You will encounter a variety of dear, Indonesian Tapir, monkeys playing freely on the trees, the hippos cooling down in the river, flamingos feeding in the muddy river, along with a myriad of different cattle., mountain goats and more.
The Safari can moves slowly around the jungle like area and goes back to the Toraja Terminal. Once arrived in the terminal doesn't mean that your safari trip over. Take a walk to the Kampung Gajah where we can make a close encounter to the elephants. The visitor are allowed to feed and caressing the elephant as well.
New Thing in the Park
Bali Safari and Marine Park recently launched a new program, the night safari. Joining the program, you should arrival in the park around 06.00pm. Arrival at the tsavo lion restaurant ; you can enjoy the welcome coktail inside the restaurant are at the wooden deck while enjoying the mara river lodge view. The night safari is a 30-minutes adventure inside the park under the stars. Her you will enter the herbivore site where you can feed the zebra from inside the vehicle. We can also sport other herbivore, such as wildebeest, mountain goat, etc. After we will enter the carnivore's site the lion and tigers are a wake; thesepredatory animal are active and ready to catch their prey. The tiger are lively enough to chase the vehicle or even clim on top of it.
